Your Content: You retain full ownership of your manuscript, book content, and all intellectual property rights therein. Amazon Publishing Services does not claim any ownership rights over your creative work.
Deliverables: Once full payment has been received and services have been delivered, all deliverables produced by Amazon Publishing Services (including cover designs, formatted files, and marketing materials) become your property and are transferred to you without restriction.
Representations: You represent and warrant that you are the original author of the manuscript or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to publish the content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your work does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
License to Us: You grant Amazon Publishing Services a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify your manuscript solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.
Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Prices are one-time payments unless otherwise stated — there are no ongoing subscription fees.
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of service purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Invoices: Electronic invoices are available through your Author Portal dashboard.
Taxes: Prices listed do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your purchase in your jurisdiction.

Royalties are earnings from book sales through retail platforms. These are paid directly to you by the retail platform (e.g., Amazon KDP pays royalties directly to authors on a monthly basis). Amazon Publishing Services does not retain any portion of your book sales royalties.
For royalty payment processing through our platform, you are responsible for providing accurate banking details. Amazon Publishing Services is not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect banking information.
We treat your manuscript, personal information, and all project details as strictly confidential. We will not share, reproduce, or publish your unpublished work without your explicit written consent. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amazon Publishing Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amazon Publishing Services and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or platform notification. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
